Do you offer same-day or rush printing?
Yes! We offer same-day and rush printing on many of our most popular items, including flyers, programs, and postcards. Turnaround time depends on the size and complexity of your order, so we recommend calling our shop for urgent requests.
Can I pick up my order in-store?
Absolutely. We are a local print shop with a physical location, and we encourage in-store pickup for convenience and speed. You’ll receive a notification as soon as your order is ready.
What file types do you accept for printing?
We accept most common file types, including PDF, JPG, PNG, and TIFF. For the best print quality, we recommend high-resolution PDFs with a minimum of 300 DPI. If you’re unsure, our team can review your file before printing.
Do you offer design services if I don’t have a file?
Yes, we do! Our in-house design team can create custom layouts for flyers, funeral programs, banners, and more. Whether you have a rough idea or need help from scratch, we’ll guide you through the process.
Where are you located and what are your hours?
We are conveniently located at 1459 Austell Road, Marietta, GA 30008. Please call ahead to schedule your visit and for our most up-to-date hours of operation.
What is your return policy?
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been approved and sent to production.
All of our items are custom-made to your specifications, including design, text, colors, and quantities. Because of this, we are unable to restock or resell printed materials.
Please review your order carefully before approving your proof, including spelling, dates, images, and layout. By approving your proof, you acknowledge that all information is correct and ready for print.
